Conduit is an Industrial Context Mesh platform that enables natural language queries over operational technology (OT) data sources. The platform provides cross-source query execution, a dynamic Unified Namespace (UNS), and mesh routing capabilities for industrial data systems.
Some features of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our website and services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and documentation—are the exclusive property of UlexIoTy LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you process through the Conduit platform. Our architecture is designed so that your data stays in your existing systems and is never moved or copied to our infrastructure.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
